New way to fix links that are not allowed on Instagram
There is one bug that is still a mystery on Instagram. Not only does this involve one mistake, but if you count, there are many. One of the bugs was getting a problematic link notification (Link not allowed) while making likes, comments, and others.
2 years ago, Blog Second also posted an article on how to overcome this problem. But it seems that as of 2021 it will stop working. Therefore, this article was created to provide a new solution.
In terms of notifications from Instagram, it’s still the same until now, showing notifications that look very much like this:
Links are not allowed. It looks like your profile contains a link (IP) what is not allowed. We prohibit certain content and actions to protect our community. Let us know if you think we made a mistake.
New solution to resolve links that are not allowed on Instagram
There is not just one way that you have to do to completely solve this problem. but believe this method works and your Instagram account will be back to normal. All you have to do is be patient and follow the steps correctly.
So please do both options. And make sure you start with the first path.
1. Deletion of links / links in the profile
This first step is very necessary to ensure that the profile does not contain any links at all. Regardless of whether you can delete the link or not, please proceed as follows.
Turn on the phone and open the Instagram app
Go to profile and press the button
Edit Profil
Scroll down and remove the link in the section website
When it’s deleted, click the check mark icon in the upper right corner.
How is the result? Can the link be deleted or does the same notification appear as above? And when the link is removed successfully, try commenting on a photo. Will the notification still appear?
Whatever it is, if the notification keeps popping up, it is a natural thing and not your fault. Because this is System error on Instagram itself. So please continue with the 2nd procedure.
2. Link your Facebook account to Instagram
Remember, the first method was just to make sure which worked or not, and even if the account is still showing notifications, it’s not a problem either. Because you can still try this second method which is pretty powerful.
Sign in to the Instagram app on your phone
Lead to profile and press Radio button (3 points) in the upper right corner
Scroll down and tap the menu Linked account
Now please press Facebook and link the Facebook account with Instagram
However, if you have previously linked your Facebook account to Instagram, please delete it first and then relink it. This method will definitely work as many have overcome this technique, although it looks like it isn’t possible.
