How to remove archived chats in Telegram
Telegram is a very secure communication application where every message is automatically encrypted End to endwhich prevents sent or received messages from being intercepted by other users on the same network.
Telegram has many advantages, but overall the features are the same as other chat applications like WhatsApp or Signal. But of course every chat application has its own advantages and disadvantages.
In Telegram you can archive a chat or put it in a special folder. So that incoming chats are muted in the archive folder and you no longer receive notifications about incoming chats there.
Output archived chat messages on Telegram
Moving messages to the archive is very easy, basically all the user has to do is swipe left. But what if you do that by mistake? That will surely be a problem in itself, especially since the archived chat is still needed.
Don’t worry, archived messages can still be removed. That’s how it’s done:
Open Telegram and tap Archived Chats.
Then long tap the chat to remove it from the archive.
Then select the option menu (three points).
And choose an option De-archiving.
Done, the chat has been successfully removed from the archive.
You can do the same as above if there are multiple chats in the archive. And after removing it, you will of course now receive a notification when a message arrives in the chat.
