Change the look and feel from Twitter Mobile to Desktop on HP

Twitter new logo

Twitter is a social networking site that is widely used by the public. Not only Facebook but also Twitter is preferred by the people of Indonesia. Of course, the two websites differ in their superior features. When I think of myself, the benefits Facebook has are more, but in terms of functionality on Twitter, like Reply, follow, mention, better than Facebook. If there are a lot of ads on the porch on Facebook, especially for mobile users, but there are no ads on Twitter and it looks clean and responsive.

Another benefit of Twitter also exists, namely on API for developers which is easy to customize and there are currently many similar twitter client sites or applications out there tweetdeck, oversocial, write longer, echo, and other. If Facebook may be rarely found, find client applications like Twitter. What is discussed this time also concerns Twitter, namely how to turn a Twitter page into a desktop ad. On Facebook, mobile users can enjoy the desktop sensation by adding www to the prefix, while on Twitter there is a special way that can be easily done. Of course, this method is easier than Facebook.
That’s how it’s done.

  1. Please log in to Twitter first, use your mobile phone and go to the homepage.

  2. Next, please go to this link http://mobile.twitter.com/settings/change_ui. And see what happens.

  3. Now you can enjoy the feel of the desktop page on your phone and to change it again just go to http://mobile.twitter.com.

It’s easy, isn’t it, that way you can change yourself like Cover backgrounds, themes and more which is not possible on Twitter Mobile. Can also Revoke access app, as this is not yet supported on mobile displays either. I myself find this feature helpful as it can open Twitter in full size on a tablet.
If you have any questions about any of the above, please comment.

Hopefully useful and good luck

Update March 2021: The above method no longer applies in conjunction with Twitter, which changes the interface on the mobile display. The new way can be done in the Chrome browser. I will update in a future post.
