What is Telekomsel Auto TP and how do you activate it?
Gadgetren – Credit Transfer (TP) is a service that enables Telkomsel card users such as simPATI, KARTU AS and LOOP to send credit to other users.
The presence of this feature allows those of you who are kind enough to give your credit to your family, friends, or anyone else when you run out of credit. However, if you want to transfer credit to other Telekomsel users on a regular basis, you can use the Auto TP function.
In other words, Auto TP (Toll Transfer) itself is a Telekomsel service that makes it easy for you to automatically give credit to other users. Of course, you need to enable this feature before you can use it.

How to activate Telekomsel Auto TP
- Open the phone or phone application on the mobile phone
- Type key * 858 # and press the button Call or OK
- Then a pop-up menu will appear with various menus
- Select menu Auto TP by entering the numbers in the order in the menu and pressing Send or send
- Enter the destination number for example 08133xxxxxxxxx and press the key Send
- Then you will be asked to enter the loan amount you want to give to other users and press the button Send
- Select on each date the credit will be sent and press the button Send
- Finally, you can type 1 to agree Auto TP and press the button Send
- If a successful notification appears on the SMS, the Auto TP function is active
You will later send a credit to other users on any date you specify later. However, if you don’t have credit on that date, it will carry over to the next date you have credit.
While this Auto TP feature makes it easy for some people to automatically transfer funds, it is sometimes misused for bad things. For example, someone secretly activates the Auto TP function on your mobile phone in order to transfer funds to their device.
How to turn off the Auto TP service
You first need to know if the Auto TP feature is active or active by tapping the * 858 # in the phone or phone app. Next, you can enter the numbers according to the Auto-TP order and hit the Submit button. When Auto TP has been activated, you will see the registered number.
Then just select Clear Auto TP to automatically delete the number from the transfer list.
In fact, this feature is useful for those of you who regularly give credit to other people. But you have to be careful because this feature can be used for less wise things.
You can even transfer a balance from IDR 5,000 to IDR 1,000,000 per transaction by using this Auto-TP function. So be careful with this feature.
