Troubleshooting PayPal "Your payment cannot be sent now"

Overview of problems with PayPal

PayPal is one of the many popular websites for saving and sending money. It can be said that PayPal is an online wallet website where users can easily save, spend and receive money. The PayPal website is essential for anyone looking to do business on the Internet, e.g. During the payment process at PayPal, you also have the option of adding a credit card so that payments are not only made from the account balance.

Compared to others, it seems PayPal has a lot more fans For some reason, a lot of people use PayPal among other things because the taxes are relatively low and the withdrawal process is also pretty quick and easy. But there is one very strange thing that sometimes happens suddenly with PayPal, which is a restricted account or (limit). This is actually not PayPal, but because it could be a user opening an account through a different device and some other restrictions. However, PayPal has another problem as well and it is related to a payment process that looks like an error displaying a notification “We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment at the moment“.

This is a common problem in my opinion as I have seen such notifications multiple times with different things and most of the time it is because the transaction is too fast that such a notification will appear when you want to go to the transfer details page. Then there is another one about cookies and I still don’t understand why myself, but after clearing cookies and logging back in to make transactions, everything is normal. However, if the user feels they are currently having the same problem, a notification will pop up “We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment at the moment“Check out a few ways below to overcome it.

  1. Wait 1 hour – Typically, users who have completed transactions, e.g. For example, if you have received large amounts of money and are waiting for some time to send money, you will see this notification. Better to wait 1 hour or several hours, some even say you have to wait 24 hours, but in my experience 1 hour is enough.
  2. Clear cache and cookies – This is the second effective method I’ve tried, so please clear the cache and cookies on the current browser and try sending money again. This could be a cookie issue on PayPal that caused this and once the cookie is cleared a new one will be assigned to it when the user logs into the PayPal account.
  3. Change ISP – This also happens very often to PayPal users, although I still don’t understand the cause myself, but I’ve tried it myself and it works, although it looks ridiculous. The user simply replaces the SIM card in the device. If you are currently using a Wi-Fi network please use the modem first and try sending money again.
  4. Log in to PayPal German – This is the last method. So if the user was previously using PayPal.com and at that point the main page was showing English, try changing it to Indonesian by going to the url https://paypal.com/id/. . Many have suggested this, although I haven’t tried it myself because it worked with the method above. So please use it as an alternative for this part if the above method doesn’t work.

Not only this problem that can make your head dizzy, but there are some other, far more bizarre problems I’ve encountered so far such as sending money and credit has been reduced, but there is no transaction history to cause that to happen the user is not sending money. Even so, the money sent will still be credited to the recipient’s account, even though there is no transaction history. That’s because PayPal is the one with the bug, and this type of problem doesn’t happen very often. My advice, if users have issues like the above, please do so using the method above as most issues will be too quick to complete a transaction until such a notification appears. If you have any questions please comment.

Hopefully useful and good luck
