Physical key combination

  1. First unlock the screen and go to the vivo V20’s home screen
  2. Next, find the area where you want to record the screen
  3. Press the physical button energy and Volume down at the same time for a while
  4. The sound of the shutter can be heard and the screen flashes to indicate that the function has been activated
  5. Later a popup will appear with a preview of the recording
  6. You can see the screenshot results in the application gallery

Almost all Android-based phones today, on average, can use a combination of physical buttons to take screenshots. This method is very easy to perform as no settings are required.

While this combination method is handy, keep in mind that pressing physical buttons too often can break them quickly. For this, you can use another method that is more involving three-finger gestures.

Use 3-finger gestures

  1. First, find the area that you want to take a screenshot of
  2. Swipe or sweep the screen from top to bottom with three fingers together
  3. The screen will flicker and a shutter sound will be heard if the screenshot is successful
  4. You can see the screenshot image in the application right away gallery
  5. You can then edit it or share it with different services

With the vivo V20 you no longer have to make any settings in order to be able to use the 3-finger gesture, as this is activated immediately when the mobile phone is activated for the first time. You can also use the S-Capture function to take screenshots.

Using S-Capture

  1. Find the area for the screenshot
  2. Swipe or swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger to bring it up Fast menu
  3. Next, select Menu S-recording
  4. A menu will appear Long screenshot, screen capture, rectangular screenshot, and funny screenshot
  5. For example, choose Rectangular screenshot to take a screenshot with a full screen
  6. If successful, the screen will flash and a shutter sound will be heard
  7. The screenshot results can be accessed directly in the application gallery

The S-Capture feature allows users to take different types of screenshots, which are divided into three types to suit their needs.

Long screenshots can be used to take long screenshots, Screen recording Record screen, Rectangular screenshot to capture a square or full screen screen, and Funny screenshots allows screenshots with different shapes.
