Now we can pay Gojek with LinkAja, that's how it works!
Gadgetren – Good news for those of you using LinkAja, the digital payment service originally called TCASH, now supports payments for transactions made through the Gojek application.
This, of course, is an advantage in itself. For me personally, this can simplify the payment services I use. I can now do different types of transactions without installing a lot of payment applications.
In the Gojek application itself, you can use it to pay for Go-Ride, Go-Food or Go-Car. However, to use this payment you need to activate the LinkAja payment and link it to the Gojek all-in-one application.
For those of you who haven’t activated it, you can activate it directly from the LinkAja application. In the meantime, to link it, you can open the Gojek application and then tap on the option More in the Gopay area (on the main page). Then tap on Options settings, then choose an option Manage payment methods.
On the Payment Method page, tap the button shortcut which is to the right of LinkAja. Next, confirm the LinkAja phone number you used. It is best if the phone number matches the phone number used in the Gojek application.
Click button Keep going if the number is correct. Enter the LinkAja PIN in the field provided and then tap the button Keep going. After an SMS with the OTP code has been received, enter the code in the Verification Code field and click on procedure.
After success, you will find the LinkAja option on the payment method, which can be selected for transactions in the Gojek application. How do you use it then?
As with shopping or using Gojek services in general, you can use this payment transaction in the details of the transaction made. You can listen to the following example of ordering Go-Ride in more detail.
Open the Go-Ride function and select the desired location. Next, enter the desired pick-up location. But before you press order GoRide, click on more buttons (three dots) next to the Cash or Gopay option.
After entering the section Choose a payment method, then tap Options LinkAja to move the selection marker. When it’s ready, you can continue to order Go-Ride as usual.
