How to report annoying Facebook groups

A Facebook group aims to build a community of something that suits someone’s interests. So that they can communicate with the same interests and build a closer relationship. But not all groups look like this.

A group that was formed just to spread worrying things. Examples are items from fake news, Sara sentences, scams, and others. Of course, this type of group violates Facebook’s community rules or standards and is at risk of being deleted.

If you find such a group, you can report them to Facebook for review. As long as the group actually violates the regulations, Facebook will certainly not hesitate to delete them immediately and will no longer be available.

  1. Open the group you want to report.

  2. Tap the button Three point option top right.

One day you will get an update from Facebook whether the group is actually violating or not. Even if it is violated, it will be deleted from the system immediately and no longer accessible to anyone, including the group’s admin.

Can a deleted Facebook group be active again?

The answer is DEPENDS ON. Because group administrators can still dispute the group. But the chance of getting the group active again is very slim and almost impossible.

Unless there is a technical error that leads to the group being deleted without a clear element, the group can certainly live again by filing an objection.

If you are a group admin, you should establish rules to prevent violations. For example, members are not allowed to upload content that smells like Sara or uses dirty / forbidden words. That way, the group is safe and won’t be deleted from Facebook.
