Users can also choose the best seller by looking at the rating given by the buyer. This rating itself is a 0-5 star rating, with 0 being the worst and 5 being the best.

After reading and viewing images of the product to be purchased, users can proceed with the purchase by clicking the “Buy Now” button on the purchase page.

4. Order confirmation

After the purchase, the user will be redirected to the order confirmation page or “order confirmation page”. On this page, the user has to check again whether the delivery address is correct and the shipping method corresponds to his needs and wishes.

There are different shipping methods to choose from. Users can choose the most suitable shipping method based on the product to be purchased, delivery time, shipping cost, shipping security, and shipping requirements.

5. Guarantee

The seller usually offers an item-by-item guarantee. Just because they offer multiple guarantees on a product doesn’t necessarily mean that the same insurance will apply to all catalogs. It is therefore essential to find out more before buying.

Four different types of warranty are offered. Here are the guarantees:

  • On time delivery: The seller promises a full refund if the goods don’t arrive before the promised time.
  • Returns and Refunds: The seller offers a full refund if the product does not match the description.
  • Domestic returns: The seller has a warehouse in the country where the buyer is located. Buyers can return goods without worrying about shipping costs or other additional costs.
  • Guaranteed real: If the user buys expensive and bulky electronics, this is the type of guarantee that needs to be ensured. This guarantee means that the item purchased has been verified by AliExpress itself. So that buyers don’t have to worry about receiving counterfeit goods or poor quality.

6. Make payments

After going through the above steps, the user will be asked to choose a payment method. Several payment methods are available on the AliExpress website. It should be noted that PayPal does not support AliExpress payments.

But don’t worry, there are various other payment methods. For example Boleto, Visa, MasterCard, QIWI, Western Union, maestro, Internet money, to interbank transfers.

There is also a payment option with AliPay. AliPay itself is a similar payment method to PayPal and also offers additional buyer protection.

All total costs are calculated based on the price of the goods plus shipping costs. In some cases, the seller offers an additional coupon that can be used to reduce or decrease the total price on the front page.

7. Shipping and order tracking

After the order is placed and payment is confirmed, the seller has a few days to comply with the request for the goods to be delivered. If the shipment ordered is not met, we will receive a full refund or refund.

Typically, in some cases, it can take one to five days for the seller to enter the tracking number or order confirmation number.
