Download the solution that is not running on the Galaxy Store

Download the solution that is not running on the Galaxy Store

Galaxy Store is an application like the Play Store that is only available on Samsung phones. There are many things that can be downloaded, not just applications, but also themes, wallpapers, and many other things.

Most built-in Samsung apps like Bixby, news, AR emoji, etc. are only available in the Galaxy Store. When the system application is updated, you will also receive a notification which will be forwarded to the Galaxy Store.

But some people sometimes have problems, namely not being able to download or update an application and only appears when loading. In the Play Store it says “pending downloadNo notification will appear in the Galaxy Store and it will just keep loading.

Overcoming the download not running in the Galaxy Store

Most of the time, this type of incident is caused by an unstable internet connection. On the other hand, there is also a download process that runs in the background so that it prioritizes and ignores other downloads.

But you don’t have to worry because there are still ways to easily deal with it and of course everything is safe. Please look at different options starting with the first one.

1. Download one at a time

Instead of directly downloading or updating applications at the same time, you can try doing them one at a time. Note that the Galaxy Store’s download system is almost the same as that of the Play Store, as multiple downloads are queued.

As for other things that cause the download process not to start. This could be because of it abnormal connection, and to resolve Internet connection issues, keep trying the second method.

2. Stabilize the internet connection

With a stable internet connection, there are of course no problems downloading applications from the Galaxy Store. If the current cellular signal on the cellphone is quite small, it is most likely the reason why the download process is not running.

The solution is to use a different connection, for example to switch to a different cellular card or, even better, use a nearby WiFi network. Using a WiFi network allows for a more stable connection than cellular data, but it also still depends on the signal strength you’re getting.

3. Clear cache and data in Galaxy Store apps

Regarding the problem that may be caused by an error in the data stored in the application, please clear the data and cache / memory of the Galaxy Store application. The method is very simple, please follow the tutorial below.

  1. open minded arrangement and tap Menu use

Open the application menu in the Samsung settings

  2. Scroll down and tap Apps Galaxy shop

    Select the Galaxy Store app

  3. Scroll again and go to the menu storage

Go to the Galaxy Store app storage area

  4. Now tap the button Hapus Data and also Hapus Memory.

Clear data and storage in the Galaxy Store app

Deleting data does not affect other applications. It’s just that you most likely should Sign in to the Samsung account again when you reopen the Galaxy Store.

Some of the methods above don’t all need to be done, but you can try starting with the first and if that doesn’t work, move on to the second method and so on. That’s because most of the people who are experiencing this problem are caused by trivial issues, one of which is the queue due to the duplicate download process.

If you have any questions about any of the above solutions, or want to add something to help other Samsung users, please share them in the comments column.

Hopefully useful and good luck
