You can do this by visiting the page settings > Generally > Reset to default. Next, choose the type of reset you want, then enter your password and key when prompted.

You can choose the type of reset provided:

  • Erase all content and settings if you want to erase everything
  • Reset all settings if only to delete the settings
  • Reset network settings if only to delete the network settings
  • Reset keyboard dictionary if only to erase the data of the words in the dictionary for the keyboard
  • Reset the layout of the home screen if you just want to return to the initial view
  • Reset location & data protection if you just want to restore your location services and privacy settings.

Reset via computer

The second method can be done with the help of a computer. This method has the advantage that the device is later restored with the latest version of the system software used.

Before doing this, however, make sure that you are using a computer with the latest Windows or macOS system. In addition, if you are using a Windows computer or a macOS version earlier than Mojave 10.14, you will also need to download the latest iTunes application.

Next, you need to disable Find My iPhone on the device as well. You can do this by visiting the page settings > [Nama Pengguna] > iCloud and tap on the menu Find my iPhone. Don’t forget to enter your password when prompted.
